DESCRIPTION:Hopefully this will be our last virtual meeting!  We have an outstanding and very timely speaker ready to teach us everything we need to know about the new EEO/AA Census Data. Since February 2021\, Judy Julius\, owner and primary consultant of EEO Consulting has been using new national\, state\, local and industry census data to help employers evaluate their workforces and look for disparities and underutilization trends as they prepare affirmative action plans for the coming year. Join us as Judy shares exactly what data is aggregated (and what is suppressed!)\, and leave with guidance on how to map your job titles from 488 prior codes to 237 new codes. \nCome prepared to ask questions! \nOur friends from the OFCCP and the EEOC will be attending and especially with their new joint HIRE initiative as well as OFCCP’s AAP Verification Initiative in full swing\, it will be a great time to hear the latest updates! \nWe hope you will be able to join us on Friday\, November 12th.
