DESCRIPTION:Former Indianapolis District Director Lauren Hicks will return to the Indianapolis ILG to discuss current agency trends.  The updates will include a discussion of agency personnel\, changes in OFCCP practices and which of those may be most significant\, and legal updates.   Finally\, it will include practical advice for best practices in compliance\, and highlight the long-term concerns facing contractors.  \nNow is the time to attend to hear the latest and greatest updates for all Government contractors.  There have been several Town Halls recently and new information comes out of each one of them. Plan to attend to learn what you will be expected to provide should you receive a Scheduling Letter and hear about all the other things on the OFCCP agenda!
